Penny is a self-diagnosed curd nerd, with 20 years experience in the food industry.
She has been at the forefront of the specialty cheese sector as a retailer and commentator and is a passionate supporter and promoter of Australian producers. She was Executive Officer of the Australian Specialty Cheesemakers' Association for five years, and currently serves as a cheese judge both here and interstate.

Lush, rich and finger-licking-good. This is a guaranteed way to fire up any party. It goes fabulously with bubbles too “darling”.
Section 28 Mont Priscilla
This is an alpine cheese which has a line of ash running through the paste. It is milky & delicate with a honeysuckle finish. Kym Masters cheesemaker and founder of S28 is making some damn fine cheese, which we always have in stock.
Epoisses
Pungent, stinky and big-flavoured. A cows milk cheese, made in Burgundy, France. Washed in Marc de Bourgogne which brings on the funk. This cheese is best eaten on bread with big red wine.
La Tur
Mixed Milk Magic.Life changing cheese. This Robiola has cow, sheep and goat milk. The texture of melted ice-cream and a sexy geotrichum rind.
I challenge you not to eat the paper.
Ossau Iraty
Ewes milk cheese from the Basque Pyrenees. Sweet, nutty and balanced. Super snacky. Serve with cherry jam or your favourite chacuterie.
